I don`t have load of money so i am torn buy the founders pack for EON or for MWO so hard to pick.
Not played MWO but i am sure it will be good and if it should play like the other MW games it will be great but at the same time EON could be great fun its just a hard choice.

The game looks very nice, but I want to see if this game is great or another Age of Empires Online/ Star trek Online type game. RIFT is a good WOW evolution. I'm looking for something revolutionary.

I have only spent money on two games ever, well, atleast free to play games. This game has cought my eye and it is probably the first time in a loooong time i have high expectations to a game. So, i am giving this game my all. I just hope all the expectations i have don't smack me in the face when the game goes live.
Anywho, thats me. I pay because i want to, not because i need to.
Im still going to get founder though as i am moving house (again) i will miss the first CBT but i do hope to be in future things once things get settled down around me.

I'm mainly planning on starting out as a free play since it is Free to Play. I am, however, willing to pay at a later date if I actually like the game. Honestly, I'm a sucker for free to play and usually, I do end up paying..

Not sure why... I've never pre-paid for any game before. I've taken the micro-payment route in other games (wasted money in Battlestar Galactica Online), and have twice paid a monthly subscription after finding games I liked (Shattered Galaxy and Vendetta Online -- pretty much polar opposites). I loved the Star Wars Empire at War games, which is probably why I'm OK taking a risk on getting in on the ground floor...

My main concern with the game relates to the meta game -- whether there is enough "grand strategy" to keep me interested beyond grinding out battles. The battles are fun enough but I am not clear on how interesting the map is going to be.
For now I guess I wont be buying the founders version. Might become VIP down the road as I see how the meta develops.
