And the 5% that read it, would know already and be savvy enough to search the forum and find many topics like this giving the same answer and not open another topic.

All hail the 5% who aren't lazy!
Is that the same 5% that figured out on their own that beta has ended, and not just a server issue??

so...how do mass amounts of people get to join beta if they cant even see what the game is like before hand? I thought a large portion of a video game's success was inviting masses into beta and still having them play after release. If they dont know what the game is like, even through pics, why would the people that dont have friends on the inside want to join with no information?

These are closed beta TESTING periods. Not recruitment periods.

Seriously. This is the first draft testing of the game, not meant for public coverage

Open beta, that's when the people come to play. Right now, we are testing.

The usual term for that is called a demo, you know those small programs that let you play a small portion of the finished product? Beta=/=Demo. Furthermore, this is a F2P game, if you want to test out the full game with no risk, you can, once its released of course.

The NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) as it says, dictates that, by accepting it, you're granted access to the beta/alpha events that are part of the development of this game.

It also says that it is expressely forbidden to divulge any imagery (be it videos or pictures) or disclose any information to anyone but the participants of the events.

In short: No, it's not legal.
