I bought Founder's Edition but no Beta Key.

what should i do??

You must wait until next beta. When it starts, you'll get the key.

Did you check your account? you may not be sent a key as i never did get one and i brought founders and now collector-standard edition.

The only thing i had to do once i got my Beta invite i had to accept the NDA/EULA agreement on the account page after that i had to download End Of Nation

yeah, if you have founders you shouldnt need a "key" per se, you just accept the invite and eula/nda when the time comes

Players who have purchased the Founders Edition are entitled to Beta event access, however the invites to the Beta are being sent out in waves as we ensure our shards are able to accommodate more players.
