    Default Artillery

I'm a massive artillery fan, when it comes to online games with alot of players I always play the roll of artillery units, hopefully this game will have some great units that can turn the tide to a battle - is anyone else looking foward to the artillery side of the game and what would you like to see with the artillery units.

I'm happy to see MLRS artillery systems, some games skimp out on them. I would like to see some fire control in the GUI, so that all my rounds will hit at once/in a tight grouping.

also looking foreward to artilery. however if you paly artilery you will need a partner, otherwise if you're against someone with fast units you're owned.

artillery class its not playing only with artillery units (remember that al units will be available for all clases) its about having advantages when playing with artillery like high hp for your artillery cannons, early acces and lower price to those units, bounus damage, cheaper or even unique suport powers especific for the class, special upgrades etc

true, but as ana artilery commander, you'd be much more effecting playing all artilery and some support (repair) with a tank commander as defence. as opposed to half artilery and then useless vehicals because you don't have the powers to back them up.

so you have the options: play as artillery alone but reserving some pop cap for normal tanks to defend your artillery or get a friend so you can specialize more in artillery and relly in allied protection.

Hope its interesting to use. I love artillery but some games treat them as tanks with really long ranges. I liked the Sniper/Juggernaut system in C&C3 for example. It gave the artillery proper range and power for artillery without making it a ridiculously overpowered tank that can just shoot anywhere.

The artillery type i like is the one from the cnc3:kw specter.
Deploy time, good damage+Big AoE, and quite low health
