Diablo 3, Anyone play the beta/ Excited for it?

So Diablo is like one of my all time favourite game series i loved Diablo 1 and 2 and from what i have played in the Diablo 3 beta it's pretty fun i personally didn't get in the beta by my cousin did and he lets me use his account since he wasn't interested in playing it.

Anyone else play it, If so what do you think about it so far? Do you think it feels like a Diablo Game?

I have enjoyed it , It feels like a diablo game but at the same time not its fun and i think once the full game is out ill be able to say more, But one thing i dont like is you have to be online to play it there is no offline dont know if that is just the beta or if it will always be like that.

no i havnt, the reason for it is that i dont agree with the auction house.... buying power is wrong in my oppinion.. i understand that blizzard is doing it... its bin an arrogant company from the beginning. but ey.. its gonna cost them allot of players i beleave... and then again... knowing blizz they are going to try to suck every penny you have out of you if they get the chance

I've played Diablo III and I think the game is fine and don't really understand why so many people are hating on it so much. Granted I never played Diablo I or II so I can't really compare the game to the previous versions.

And as for the RMAH, it certainly has its pros and cons, some people will hate it and some will love it. But the thing to keep in mind is that people have basically been doing the same things in Diablo II just without an official Blizzard way of doing it. All that Blizzard has really done is give players an easier and safer way to trade items for real money if players choose to do it, and with offering this service in-game all they're doing is taking a service fee for the transaction.

Honestly, it's not some evil business model they've got going with the AH either, it's basically the same setup that websites like eBay and the like have. Some players may choose to not play the game due to this which is unfortunate, but that is their choice.

Yeah, The auction house kinda threw me off too wasnt sure if i would like that or not still not to sure on it gotta wait till its in real use to know if it will be a game killer, But what is a real downer about it is you need to be online to play there is not offline play apparently everything is server side so you need to be online , Which i dont mind because i always have Internet anyway but what if im on my laptop on a plane and want to play or something or just out at a friends without WIFI i mean it's spose to have a single player option but the single player is just multi player with no one in the game i liked the way Diablo 2 did theirs a lot more.

But any way the auction house might not be so bad, i mean it will cut back on the websites that have those bots that join your game spam and annoy the **** outta you.

i agree with you, but for the internet part... well... its that they wonna ban illegal downloading... blizz now adays as only 2 looks... it needs to be the best! and it need to make enormous amounts of money, otherwise... they wont do it

The games looks to be going in the right direction. I am a big fan of the first two games so im hoping it will live up to the hype its generated. If not then i guess i will stick to playing D2 or something like Mythos.

Monk is definitely my favorite too. And the beta game play feels really good but Blizzard makes me mad with their silence and patch notes of "fixed bugs" and "fixed more bugs"

Think I've kinda like the wizard the most, but that is probably cause it's so easy to play and just destroys stuff so fast.

Pretty much just roll my face on the keyboard and stuff dies.

Had figured that I would enjoy the barbarian a lot, but so far it just seems kinda boring, really hope that class gets a lot better as it levels more.

Two of my former guild-mates from WoW are in the Beta right now. They seem pretty pleased with what they've seen so far.

I also was just threatened last night by one of them that I better play it "or else."
