Gamescon 2010 and in a few hours 2011
I have only been to one such event.
I was invited in 2010 to visit Codemaster's HQ to attend a 'Raid Day Event' which was 10 people picked from the community to do a live stream of a raid in Lord of the Rings Online. We got to meet the community staff for LOTRO, saw lots of what Codemasters were up to (signed an NDA for that), had an amazing lunch and then headed to do the Live Raid with all of the LOTRO people able to login and watch us try it with the Director of the Company as well!.
Really good memories, nice meal after.
I was aiming to go to Eurogamer's event shortly but seems not that many companies going? (no trion sniff)

I go to anime and manga conventions once a year, and maybe, just maybe gamescon next year.
